 | Head Coach Kevin Lavalle Education
Coach Lavalle was born and raised in Orange, California. After playing baseball for 4 years at Servite High School in Anaheim, he attended the University of Nebraska-Kearney, where his playing career was cut short due to numerous injuries.
Upon returning home, Coach Lavalle graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a Bachelors degree in History. His California Teaching Credential was obtained from National University in 2007.

Personal
Kevin is the son of legendary high school baseball coach Hi Lavalle, (Dominguez, Canyon High School) who coached in Southern California for 43 years. Coach Lavalle lists his father, and current Canyon coach Joe Hoggatt as the two people who have had the most influence on his life. Kevin and his wife, Maria, live in Orange with their son, Ryan DiMaggio Lavalle. Coach Lavalle teaches History at Beckman High School.
