 | Thank you to all that participated in the Pink Ribbon Game. It was great to see so much people and so much pink. Beckman Baseball and the Pink Ribbon Club thank you. The Pink Ribbon Club is an active club on campus that raises money to support the Susan G. Komen Foundation and spreads awareness to teenagers about breast cancer.
The purpose of the Think Pink game was to educate teenagers about breast cancer and to show support for those who have struggled with this disease.
We encourage you to check out the www.thebreastcancersite.com website. There is a link that you can click on the home page that, each time clicked (once/day), will cause the sponsors of the site to donate money toward a fund to provide free mammograms for women who can't afford them. |

The Patriot Fields Foundation is a group of dedicated parents who with the endorsement of school district administrators have started a fundraising effort to initiate the first phase of what we hope can become a multi-use athletic complex on the campus of Beckman High School. Phase one of this project encompasses the installation of state of the art field turf on the football field which we believe will be a significant upgrade and improve field utility. The projected cost associated with the installed field turf is $700,000 and it is our desire to have the turf fully installed and ready for use by August 1, 2008.
